When electrosmog spoils sex and libido
Sex was once considered the most beautiful thing in the world. It has the added benefit of keeping us young, fit and healthy. So it's unfortunate that sexual attraction is declining year on year in the general population. This has been well documented since the turn of the century. Those who think that the loss of libido (the natural desire for sex) is something that only happens to people of an advanced age would be seriously mistaken today. Men and women in their late twenties are reporting to their doctor or therapist a lack of interest in their own sexuality, and even young people are wondering where their sexual desire has gone.
Libido does indeed diminish from year to year, but these days, the total absence of sexual desire starts as early as the age of 30!
A couple therapist (Volker van den Boom from Aachen) made this observation:
Unfortunately, I have to confirm your observation. Five years ago, it was rare for a man not to want sex. Since then, I've noticed a marked change in this trend. More and more men in their early thirties are complaining of a strong and persistent loss of libido. And this lack of desire applies not only to their current partner, but to their entire sexuality.
The link between sex drive and hormones
How sexual desire manifests itself is a little unclear. The interplay of hormones, psyche (mind and fantasy) and metabolism is certainly complex. However, it is very clear that hormones play a very dominant role in this-testosterone in men and estrogen in women. Loss of sexual desire has not been explored with the dedication it deserves; it is simply regarded as a dysfunction or disorder. In the past, it was easily dismissed as a problem of impotence in men and a reduced ability to reach orgasm in women. These are, of course, very important problems which are not necessarily linked to a diminished love for a partner.
LSD syndrome in relation to sexuality
It's generally known that libido declines with age, as the hormonal changes that accompany aging lead to a decrease in sexual desire. Medication and its side effects can exacerbate the situation. But when libido loss occurs in young or middle-aged adults, it becomes very difficult to determine the cause. The whole phenomenon has simply been classified as a syndrome - LSD (low sexual desire) syndrome.
The truth is that since the 1990s, more detailed and logical information has been provided to explain this problem. Unfortunately, the facts collide with economics and politics, and we all know that financial interests take precedence over the health of the population. So this economic and political bias is probably why the real causes of low libido are glossed over and generally not understood by people.
Of course, it's relatively easy to sweep "lack of libido" under the rug. Ask yourself this question for example: Even though we apparently live in modern, enlightened, emancipated and spiritually open times, have you ever talked openly about sex with your friends in a more than general way where it didn't include your personal difficulties? Have you discussed with someone those times when you didn't feel like sleeping with your partner? Who is your confidant when it comes to these issues? Countless couples don't even cross the line to openly discuss their own sexual needs and desires with their partner. To guarantee anonymity, all people have to do is quickly ask Mr. Google. It's inevitable that you won't get accurate information using this approach. People need to make their own inquiries, as sexuality is, and remains, a private and sensitive subject.
Lack of sexual desire and our environment
Yes, we live in modern times, but it's also a time when there are an inconceivable number of environmental toxins. In Germany alone, the list of authorized chemicals already includes 6,000 substances. Of these, only a handful are subject to adequate risk assessment, resulting in a situation that is quite simply SERIOUS! What's lacking are studies on synergistic effects and possible interactions when these chemicals come into contact with each other. As far as the question of lack of libido is concerned, interest is mainly focused on materials that can act like hormones on human biology - so-called environmental hormones. These irritate the endocrine system and disrupt or impair the body's functioning.
Public enemy number 1″ for libido-pesticides and plasticizers
Examples of such endocrine disruptors (EDCs) are the polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) found in coolants and insulating agents; and of course, the many insecticides and herbicides that function like hormones. Many of them are also known today as plasticizers that can have a profound effect - so-called phthalates.
Even the smallest dose affects our sex drive. But that's not the only concern. Male fertility is also threatened. There is also a suspected link with testicular, prostate and breast cancer. Our drinking water plays an important role here. We already know that water treatment plants are unable to remove all impurities with the filtering methods used. This is why we find residues of drugs such as the contraceptive pill and antibiotics in our drinking water. Not long ago, the World Health Organization (WHO) issued an alarming worldwide statement that antibiotic resistance in the population is increasing at an alarming rate.
Measures that can be taken against environmental hormones
Pay attention to the origin of your food
Choose certified organic products
Drink only filtered water. It's free from pesticides, environmental toxins and drug residues (Note: "energized" water without filtering is virtually meaningless).
Find out how you can and should detoxify your body on a regular basis. Pure, healthy water is very important for eliminating toxins from the body.
Public enemy number 2″ of libido-electronic pollution
The human race seems to have succeeded in electrifying our lives completely and continuously. Just turn off the main switch in your house or apartment and see what still works for you. The exposure of the human body and our health to electronic pollution (often referred to as electrosmog or EMF/electromagnetic field), and technical shielding or protection against it, is the main subject that Clean-Waves / BodyGuard is concerned with.
Absolutely everything to do with human health is linked to cell regeneration. Only when regeneration functions optimally (i.e. when damage is repaired by cell renewal) can the human body live in good health. Anyone who has been bedridden due to illness knows what quality of life is like when you're ill. Unfortunately, modern life makes it impossible to regenerate optimally, or at all! This is what has laid the foundations for the modern illnesses of our civilization. The decline in sexual desire and activity is a natural part of this.
Alternating current (AC) - the number-one issue in electronic pollution
Low-frequency electric and electromagnetic fields radiating from copper power cables are a major problem. Alternating current does not exist in nature and is a human invention. The human body works with direct current (DC) and therefore does not understand the "language" of alternating current. Nevertheless, man's entire electrobiological system is superimposed by massively powerful alternating fields. This ultimately leads to immense communication problems when it comes to cell repair. Incidentally, our electrical appliances operate almost exclusively on direct current, which is why every device is equipped with a built-in transformer to convert alternating current into direct current.
Wireless transmission technology - the second problem of electronic pollution
Cell phone technology and wireless technology in general (radio, TV, GSM, WLAN, Wi-Fi, UMTS, LTE, microwaves, radar) followed immediately after the electrification of our homes and now completely control our lives. The main problem here is that the frequencies used are in the biologically relevant high-frequency (HF) range. In other words, at these frequencies, the body can't identify and decide whether it's "good or bad for me"; so it can't protect itself. Cell phones generally use the 2.4 GHz band. This represents 2.4 billion cycles per second, or 2.4 billion tiny electrified beats on our cells per second.
The combination of electricity (low frequency) and wireless technology (RF)
The consequences of exposure to this combination of radiation 24 hours a day mean that the electromagnetic voltage in the body increases far beyond what is healthy. Measurements taken in cities reveal that the voltage in the body is 40 times higher than what is acceptable. Our endocrine glands are particularly sensitive to electromagnetic pollution. Studies confirm the negative effect, which is a reduction in melatonin production in the pineal gland. Animal studies have led us to conclude that melatonin is very important for our sleep, and also plays a vital role in sexuality. When melatonin is in short supply in men, libido also leaves something to be desired.
Excessive exposure to electromagnetic radiation is now considered the main cause of breast cancer in young women.
Tips for avoiding electromagnetic pollution
At night, switch off WLAN, Wi-Fi, cordless phones/base stations and cell phones.
If you're using a phone as an alarm clock, set the phone to airplane mode.
Never charge your phone next to the bed at night.
Minimize the time you have a cell phone in your trouser pocket or bra. If you must carry it with you, be sure to use a protective pouch.
Automatically turn off the power to electrical circuits that cause radiation exposure in your room at night, using properly distributed circuit switches (an assessment is required for this).

If this seems too restrictive, wearing the Body Guard bracelet equipped with our world-patented and proven device will have the same beneficial effects as all these protective measures.
There is now more convincing evidence than just insightful observations about the healing process of sick people. This evidence tells us that there is no real progress towards healing until the person is protected from electronic pollution.
The start of an active libido and a fulfilled sexuality
By taking the two questions above 1) Environmental Toxins / Environmental Hormones and 2) Electrosmog seriously in your daily life, you are laying an excellent foundation for your health. There's a saying that goes: "Do good to your body, so your soul desires to live in it". These words are more relevant today than ever before, because never before have there been so many influences acting on our bodies and therefore on our health. If your body can feel good again, the chances are very high that your libido will improve, your relationship with your partner will flourish and life in general will return to the way it should be.
A word of wisdom in conclusion: the human body, with all its muscles and bones, craves movement. Movement greatly stimulates blood circulation, oxygen transport and cell renewal. Passionate sex is also an ingenious form of athletic movement.
SEX really is the most wonderful (and healthy) thing in the world!
