Article 2: Contract

2.1 Conditions for placing an order

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.

2.2 Contract conclusion stages

After placing your order, We will send you an e-mail confirming the elements of your order, thus constituting our acceptance of your order and forming the sales contract between Us and You.

These steps apply to purchases made by credit card or cheque.

Article 3: Prices, availability and delivery

We can accept your orders while stocks last. Delivery times are given as an indication and in no case can we guarantee these times, which are the sole responsibility of the carrier.

If you choose to pay by credit card, the terms and conditions of our service provider STRIPE and PAYPAL apply.

If you choose to pay by cheque, your order will only be processed on receipt of the cheque, and the time limits applicable are those on the day the cheque is received.

Article 4: Customs duties

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. We are not obliged to check and inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out, we advise you to contact the relevant authorities in your country.

Article 5: Payment

You can pay by credit card

In the case of payment by credit card, our service provider Paypal. or Stripe handles the data exchange and the transaction on its secure servers.
If you have any questions about the anti-fraud procedure used during your card purchase transaction, please do not hesitate to visit our service provider's website to find out about the high level of security offered to customers.

Article 6: Returns

You have the unconditional right to return the clean-waves product(s) purchased exclusively on our website within thirty (30) days. This does not apply to products purchased outside our website.

In the event of delivery of an item damaged in transit, please make all the usual observations with the carrier upon receipt of the product(s), especially if the envelope or package appears damaged.

Any product that is damaged or does not conform to your order will be replaced within 30 days of the date on which we shipped the product(s) to you. If you fail to return the damaged or non-conforming product within the aforementioned 30-day period, we reserve the right not to refund you for the product(s).

Article 7: Warranties and liability

You benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee against hidden defects. We decline all responsibility in the event that the item delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.

We undertake to take all the care customary in the profession to implement the service offered to the customer. Nevertheless, we shall not be held liable in the event of failure to meet our contractual obligations as a result of an act of God or force majeure as defined by the case law of the French courts.

We shall not be held liable for delays due to stock shortages. We will use our best endeavors to provide the services described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In no event shall we be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or loss of revenue or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage which could not have been foreseen at the time of use of the Site or the conclusion of the contract of sale between us and you.

The above limitation of liability does not apply in the event of fraud or gross negligence on your part, or in the event of product liability.
